What is a ZenLounge?
The ZenLounge offers a quiet and comfortable workspace to conduct business and connect. The lounge includes high-speed wifi, comfortable and versatile seating, charging stations, white boards, printers, refreshments - everything you need for a productive work session and more.
What is a ZenRoom?
The ZenRoom accomodates up to 25 people and is perfect for hosting conferences or events. It includes high-speed wifi, a smart screen for screencastins, an 8-seater conference table, white boards and more. The Zen Room can be booked by the hour or by the day on the ZenSpace mobile app or website.

How much does it cost?
How do I reserve a ZenSpace pod?
Conveniently browse and reserve spaces on our website, mobile app, or on-site kiosks. When reserving on-site: Simply open camera app, and scan QR code which will bring you to the reservation portal. Book rooms by the hour(s) or day(s) and pay using credit card, paypal or subscription credits.
Are ZenSpace pods COVID safe?
When should I use my key and when should I use my QR code?
Your key is to be used when using the pods. Your QR code is to be used when using the lounge and conference room.
Where can I find my key?
Your 4 pin key is found in the settings section of the ZenSpace app.
Do I need the ZenSpace app prior to booking the ZenPods/ZenLounge/ZenRoom?
You do not need the app. Instead, we have a QR code that can be scanned upon arrival at ZenSpace.
Will there be anyone at ZenSpace to assist me if necessary?
Yes, there will be either an in person receptionist or you will be connected to a remote receptionist via the Temi robot.
What is the wifi network and password I should use?

How do I use the printer?
1) Ensure your device is connected to wifi before trying to print.
Do I have to pay to use the printer?
No, you do not.
Do I have to re-check in after I use the restroom?
No, you do not.
Where are the restrooms?
ZenSpace guests are encouraged to use the mall restrooms which are a 2 minute walk from ZenSpace. From the ZenSpace store turn left and walk towards T-Mobile. Once you reach the food court area walk towards "Sarku Japan" and the restrooms will be in the corner near "Sarku Japan."
Is the vending machine free to use?
No, it is not.
How do I use the coffee machine?
You will have to use a chip card to purchase a coffee pod and then are free to use our Keurig machine.
How do I screen cast on the TVs?
Please ask a store associate for assistance.
What am I consenting to camera wise?
You are consenting to minimalistic surveillance of the ZenSpace lounge to help maintain the Zen in ZenSpace.
Are there any rules as to what I can and cannot do using ZenSpace wifi/internet services?
Please use your best judgement and try to help maintain zen.
How old do I have to be to use ZenSpace and download the app?
To use the app you must be 12+ and anyone can use ZenSpace!
If I damage the pods in excess of the normal wear and tear, will I be charged?
Yes, your ZenSpace account payment method will be charged.
If I enter my phone number into the ZenSpace app or when I sign in using the QR code, will I get marketing messages?
Yes, you will. You are able to opt out by using the mobile device that is receiving the messages, or by contacting ZenSpace.
Can I sell, transfer, or share promo codes?
Our promo codes are non-transferable and are not to be sold either.
If I violate any terms, disrupt access to other users or networks, or compromise the safety of ZenSpace/other users/third parties, will my access be blocked?
Yes, your access may be blocked, suspended or terminated at any time and for any reason.
Is ZenSpace responsible for any data losses from electrical surges, theft, virus or other malicious attacks?
Unfortunately this is not in our control at times and thus you are held responsible for your own devices. Thank you for your understanding!
Will I be refunded any fees paid if the internet is not available for any reason?
While we do our best to have our internet and wifi services available at all times, they may be unavailable for reasons beyond our control and you will not be refunded.
What should I do if I believe materials accessible on or from the Applications infringe my copyright?
You may request removal of those materials or contact ZenSpace directly.
Is ZenSpace liable for any injuries that may occur to me when in the pods/lounge/confrence room?
While we try to do everything we can to ensure the safety of our guests we are not liable for any injuries that may occur to you in our facilities. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Are prepaid credits reloadable, or redeemable for cash?
No, they are not. Prepaid credits are single-use and closed-loop.
Do you reserve the right ot refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
While we are inclusive of all guests we do have the right to refuse service to anyone if necessary. We apologize for this inconvenicence.
How loud/quiet should I be?
Feel free to speak at a regular or natural volume.
Can I bring outside food/drinks here?
Yes, but only in the Lounge and Conference Room.
Can I bring my dog in here?
No pets allowed.
Do I have to wear a mask here?
No mask necessary, as per current state guidelines.
How do I purchase a monthly/annual subscription?
Refer to the "Offers" section of the ZenSpace app to purchase a subscription.
Do I have to sanitize my hands upon entry?
You do not have to, but we do provide a sanitizing station if desired.
Is ZenSpace regularly sanitized? How often?
ZenSpace is sanitized daily.
Will I be notified if ZenSpace had a COVID case?
Yes, you will be notified.
