It was in May of 2017 while working from a coffee shop, traveling for business, that Mayank conceived of ZenSpace. His desire for a quiet, private space in which to conduct business led him to ask the question: “Could locations like a coffee shop provide such spaces?” In this “Eureka” moment, he realized providing on-demand workspaces could potentially be a revenue opportunity for public space owners. After some initial development, he left his job to pursue ZenSpace full time.
The result was a series of quiet on-demand, tech enabled, stylish and functional office pods to provide an oasis of calm in which to conduct business. ZenSpace SmartPods can function as a private workspace in public place, or as a convenient and cost-effective way to create small, mobile meeting rooms in an open office environment.

With a background in engineering and sales, and a passion for innovation, Mayank Agrawal uncovers ways to improve the spaces in which we work. As CEO of ZenSpace, he and his team develop technology-enabled office pods that create quiet, private work spaces in open offices and public venues.
Mayank began his career at STMicroelectronics, a semiconductor firm where, as Software Team Leader and Architect, he led a small team of engineers in developing telecom projects. His entrepreneurial spirit and passion for IoT (Internet of Things) technology soon drove him to refocus on his education with the intention of starting his own business.
After earning an MBA from Vlerick Business School in 2008, Mayank took a sales position with a London-based technology company. A year later, he relocated to the Silicon Valley to accept a position as VP of Semiconductor Sales for the U.S. market.
As Chief Revenue Office for ZenSpace, Ted is responsible for building awareness, forging customer relationships and spearheading the organization’s go-to-market sales efforts. His extensive career experience spanning advertising, marketing, business development and sales include building brands, leading teams and driving results across over a dozen different industries, from venture backed startups to Fortune 500 company brands.
Prior to ZenSpace, Ted served as VP of Marketing for a variety of Bay Area consumer/technology startups, including Kabam (social/mobile games), BestOffer.com (online used car marketplace) and Therative (manufacturer of a revolutionary acne treatment device for consumers). In addition to launching new companies, Ted was the Marketing Leader for Broderbund Software where he led the creation and launch of the company’s game division, RED ORB Entertainment and Director of Marketing for the American Academy of Ophthalmology, where he led all product marketing efforts and the marketing of the third largest medical conference in the world.
Prior to the corporate world, Ted was a Vice President at Leo Burnett Company in Chicago, one of the top advertising and marketing agencies in the world. During his career at Burnett he helped build some of the best-known brands in the world for Fortune 500 clients such as Nestle, Pillsbury, Philip Morris (Marlboro), Procter & Gamble, Kraft Food and Miller Brewing.
As a “creator, builder type,” with a breadth of experience and cross-category insights, Ted was drawn to ZenSpace by what he saw as a unique solution that accomplished the rare feat of addressing the intertwined needs of B2B and B2C customers, in this case mobile business people and the environments they frequent (convention centers, airports, etc.). As he puts it, “a win-win solution is always a winner.” Ted holds an MBA (Marketing, Management Policy) from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business and a BA (Political Science) from Colgate University.
Jim Young is the co-founder of Realcomm Conference Group, a worldwide research and event company at the intersection of technology, innovation and real estate operations. In this role he interacts regularly with some of the largest companies globally pertaining to the most advanced and progressive next generation real estate projects under development. Before founding Realcomm, Jim was Founder and CEO of REApplications, a real estate software startup he ran successfully before selling to LoopNet.
Raghuveer Tarra is the CPO at GigSky, a telecom startup offering global mobile data connectivity services. He is an accomplished technology executive with more than 25 years experience in building Consumer Electronics, Telecom, IoT and other SaaS products. Amongst his other stints, he was a founding member and VP - Engineering at Sling Media Inc, makers of the Emmy award winning Slingbox and has many patents to his credit. Raghu is an active angel investor and also very passionate about building teams and mentoring young entrepreneurs.

Gopi Mohan is the Vice President for ZenSpace Inc and currently takes care of delivering Network and IoT engineer solutions.
Gopi has over 23+ years experience in Telecom, Networking, SDN, Virtualization, Security and IoT domain. He has played diverse roles primarily as an Engineering Leader to deliver Telecom products like GPON, Security products like Advanced Firewall and IPS, Networking products like Residential Gateways and Data centers.
He is passionate about working in startups focused on communication technologies and Zenspace provides products that present opportunities to innovate in the cloud, networking and IoT domain and this is what drew him to become part of the ZenSpace family.
He currently holds a BE in Electronics and Communication.
Rohit brings over 17+ years experience in the field of technology to Zenspace Inc. In his current role, Director of Software Engineering, he streamlines our software that solidifies Zenspace solutions for our esteemed customers, clients and vendors.Before Zenspace he worked with Startups and MNCs such as STMicroelectronics, Smartplay Technologies, Aricent to name a few. His love for technology makes him find digital solutions to every day software problems in an agile way.
The concept of helping business travelers in finding space for conducting meetings, taking digital conference calls, and spending time alone to relax in crowded events or conferences bought excitement to him and led him to join Zenspace Inc. He currently holds a degree in Bachelors in Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology and is PMP certified.
Umang is a passionate marketing professional with 9+ years of experience in digital marketing field and specializes in lead generation through various digital means such as email and social media marketing. She also has extensive experience in website management and planning, marketing automation, google analytics and search engine optimization.
Umang is currently working as a Marketing Manager for ZenSpace handling their marketing operations, website management, automating process of lead capturing, customer communications, and designing digital strategy for their business growth. The unique idea of the ZenSpace product and how it solves the problem of business travelers plus immense scope of learning is what enticed her to work with ZenSpace.
She loves to learn about new marketing strategies and techniques to get more traffic and leads, and feels the need to continue learning in order to be productive. Umang holds a MBA degree from Maharishi Dayanand University and has attained certifications in Digital Marketing.
Sia is a natural leader with an innate ability to connect with people of diverse backgrounds. Her 14 years of experience in Business Administration and HR Operations has provided her with the ability to collaborate and facilitate effective communication between teams that creates seamless operational standards.
Sia currently serves as the Operations Manager at ZenSpace Inc and oversees day-to-day operations and Human Resource Management. Having an entrepreneurial spirit, led Sia to be introduced to ZenSpace Inc. and the product with great excitement to join and be a part of a growing company that provides a on-demand solution for on the go professionals. Moiwa is also a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach, transformational speaker, poet, and author. She also holds dual degrees, in Business Administration and Theology.
Kimmo is the Product Design and Engineering consultant for ZenSpace, Inc. Kimmo is an experienced professional in plethora of industries. He owns companies in Finland and in the USA, working in the coffee industry in Papua New Guinea and launching a high-tech product line for a Finnish company in the USA has taught him skills how to overcome challenges in different industries and culture. His business development and building sales networks along with negotiating contracts with fortune 1000 companies is what makes him thrive at his best and keeps him excited working for ZenSpace. Furthermore, being born in Finland he has always been interested in furniture design, inspired by Finnish architects Alvar Aalto and Eero Saarinen. Kimmo has a track record of designing high end furniture to the order in Greater Los Angeles area.
