Solution:
ZenSpace partnered with Hyatt Regency Santa Clara to launch SafeSpaces™, a fully automated, sanitized, and quiet workspace solution designed in response to Covid-19. SafeSpaces combined ZenSpace SmartPod™ technology with rigorous cleaning protocols to provide guests with a secure environment. The SafeSpaces feature noise-reducing walls, environmental controls, high-tech amenities such as WiFi, USB ports, a 32” HD monitor, and the ability to reserve the space through a mobile app.
Results/Impact:
The partnership between ZenSpace and Hyatt Regency Santa Clara successfully addressed the needs of guests by providing safe and clean workspaces. Guests appreciated the ability to reserve private meeting rooms on-demand via the mobile app, ensuring productivity while maintaining safety. The introduction of ZenSpace SafePods also contributed to Hyatt's initiative to support remote workers and business travelers through the Work at Hyatt program.
